Sequence Care Group has acquired Liaise Loddon, a residential care group based in Hampshire.
Liaise Loddon provides small community-based homes to adults with learning difficulties, usually associated with autism.
This is the second acquisition by Sequence Care this year, following the acquisition of Coppice Care in Burgess Hill in August.
Sequence Care Group now has a portfolio of 240 specialist learning disability beds across London and the Southeast.
Sequence Care Group chief executive Tony Hegarty said: “We look forward to working with our new colleagues at Liaise Loddon and getting to know them, the service users and families better in the New Year.”
